We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Principal Customer Success Manager to join our team at Atlassian. As the Strategic Principal Customer Success Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our most strategic customers. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services, and driving their continued success by delivering value and helping them achieve their business goals. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual with a proven track record in customer success management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for driving customer success.   1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with our key customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for our most strategic customers, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions.
  3. Drive the success of our strategic customers by delivering value and helping them achieve their business goals.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of products and services to our strategic customers.
  5. Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, providing strategic insights and recommendations to help them optimize their use of our products.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to expand and upsell our products and services to our strategic customers.
  7. Lead and mentor a team of customer success managers, providing guidance and support to ensure the success of our customers.
  8. Monitor and analyze customer usage and satisfaction data to identify trends and proactively address any issues.
  9. Advocate for our customers within the company, representing their needs and feedback to help drive product improvements.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer success management, and apply them to continuously improve our processes and strategies.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Successful Principal Customer Success Manager Must Possess Exceptional Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage And Guide A Team Of Customer Success Managers. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Constructive Feedback, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Their Goals.

  • Extensive Customer Success Experience: This Role Requires A Deep Understanding Of Customer Success Principles And Best Practices. The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 7-10 Years Of Experience In A Customer Success Role, With A Strong Track Record Of Driving Customer Satisfaction, Retention, And Growth.

  • Strategic Mindset: The Principal Customer Success Manager Will Be Responsible For Developing And Executing Strategic Plans To Drive Customer Success And Growth. This Requires A Strategic Mindset, The Ability To Think Critically And Creatively, And The Capacity To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Point Of Contact For Atlassian's Strategic Customers, The Principal Customer Success Manager Must Have Excellent Communication Skills To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships. This Includes The Ability To Communicate Complex Concepts In A Clear And Concise Manner And To Influence Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Technical Proficiency: Atlassian's Products Are Highly Technical, And The Principal Customer Success Manager Must Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company's Products And Services. This Includes The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues, Provide Product Recommendations, And Collaborate With Internal Teams To Ensure Customer Success.
