  1. Lead and manage a team of Enterprise Advocates to achieve and exceed enterprise customer growth and success goals.
  2. Develop and implement strategic plans to drive advocacy and relationship management with enterprise customers.
  3. Foster a customer-centric culture within the team, ensuring that customer success is at the forefront of all initiatives.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and product, to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
  5. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and capabilities, and provide ongoing performance feedback.
  6. Monitor and analyze key metrics to track team and individual performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
  7. Identify and address any customer escalations or issues, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in enterprise sales and customer success, and implement relevant strategies to drive success.
  9. Manage and allocate resources effectively to achieve team goals and maintain a high level of productivity.
  10. Represent the company and its values in all interactions with customers and stakeholders.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
  12. Collaborate with HR to recruit, onboard, and retain top talent for the Enterprise Advocacy team.
  13. Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and open communication.
  14. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide career development opportunities for team members.
  15. Act as a role model for the team, embodying the company's mission and values.
