As the Manager, you will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our customers have a positive and successful experience with our products.   1. Lead a team of Customer Success Managers and provide guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure their success.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and product, to develop and execute customer success strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  4. Monitor and analyze customer data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address any issues.
  5. Work closely with sales teams to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive revenue growth.
  6. Develop and implement onboarding and training programs for new customers to ensure a smooth and successful adoption of our products.
  7. Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with customers to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement.
  8. Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to address any issues or concerns and provide timely and effective solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success to continuously improve our processes and strategies.
  10. Utilize customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for product enhancements or new features.
  11. Collaborate with the product team to provide insights and feedback from customers to inform product roadmap and development.
  12. Monitor customer retention rates and develop strategies to increase customer loyalty and decrease churn.
  13. Represent the customer success team in meetings and presentations with key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  14. Continuously assess and improve the customer success team's performance through performance evaluations and coaching.
  15. Maintain a customer-centric mindset and ensure all actions and decisions prioritize the success and satisfaction of our customers.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Leadership Skills - A Successful Manager, Customer Success At Atlassian Should Possess Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Motivate And Guide A Team, Delegate Tasks Effectively, And Make Strategic Decisions.

  • Experience In Customer Success Management - The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Success Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Customer Retention And Satisfaction.
