  1. Develop and execute strategic cross-selling campaigns to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data and identify key cross-selling opportunities.
  3. Utilize customer behavior and segmentation knowledge to optimize cross-selling efforts.
  4. Create innovative strategies for cross-selling based on data insights.
  5. Monitor and track campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing and cross-selling.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of cross-selling initiatives.
  8. Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  9. Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and successful campaign execution.
  10. Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling marketing materials for cross-selling campaigns.
  11. Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  12. Continuously monitor customer behavior and make adjustments to campaigns as needed.
  13. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Atlassian's products and services to effectively promote cross-selling opportunities.
  14. Work with the customer success team to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the cross-selling process.
  15. Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement within the cross-selling team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or Related Field: A Strong Understanding Of Marketing Principles And Strategies Is Essential For A Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, Cross-Sell At Atlassian. A Bachelor's Degree In Marketing Or A Related Field Provides A Solid Foundation For This Role.

  • Prior Experience In Lifecycle Marketing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Lifecycle Marketing, Specifically In Cross-Selling Or Upselling Strategies. This Experience Should Include Developing And Executing Successful Campaigns, Analyzing Data, And Driving Results.

  • Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting: A Lifecycle Marketing Strategist, Cross-Sell At Atlassian Must Be Able To Analyze Data And Draw Insights To Inform Marketing Strategies. Proficiency In Tools Such As Google Analytics And Experience With A/B Testing Is Highly Desirable.

  • Strong Project Management Skills: This Role Requires Managing Multiple Projects And Campaigns Simultaneously. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Meet Deadlines, And Effectively Communicate With Cross-Functional Teams.
