Job Description

Are you a strategic design thinker who can simplify complex customer problems and get stuff done with an eye for quality? Do you have a passion for designing elegant solutions that are the right balance of innovative and familiar? We are looking for a senior product designer to drive the content creation experience for Confluence. This individual will work closely with our platform team to design and build experiences necessary to empower customers to create beautiful and engaging content. With your cross-functional team, you will develop a keen understanding of our users and their needs–whether through user research, experimentation, workshopping, or sketching/visualization. Influence and shape the way our Confluence design team works and how we balance shipping with high-quality experiences.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years of hands-on professional experience as a UX or Product Designer.

  • A track record of delivering outcomes where you've driven product direction

  • Ability to inspire and mentor your more junior colleagues, sharing processes, skills and experience with others to help up-skill the entire team.

  • Experience with SaaS, or complex enterprise applications
