In this role, you will be responsible for leading and driving technical strategy and innovation for our enterprise products.   1. Lead and drive the technical strategy and innovation for our enterprise products.
  2. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the enterprise market and customer needs.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute on product roadmap and deliverables.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of engineers, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
  5. Ensure high-quality design and development of enterprise products, adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  6. Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to other teams and stakeholders.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in enterprise software development, and incorporate them into our products.
  8. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and proactively find solutions to complex problems.
  9. Work closely with product management to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  10. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in our enterprise products and processes.
  11. Collaborate with other engineering leads to ensure consistency and alignment across products and teams.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, to present technical vision and progress updates.
  13. Participate in hiring and onboarding of new team members.
  14. Foster a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence within the engineering team.
  15. Represent the company and its values in the enterprise software development community.
