- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Mid-Market LATAM region.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Atlassian's JSM products and solutions to potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and potential challenges.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, pipeline, and customer information.
- Represent Atlassian at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the JSM brand and generate leads.
- Continuously develop and improve product knowledge and stay updated on new features and updates.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing and lead generation strategies.
- Act as a brand ambassador for Atlassian and promote a positive image of the company at all times.
- Travel to client sites as needed to conduct sales presentations and meetings.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all interactions with customers and colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Software Solution Sales, Preferably In The Mid-Market Segment.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets In The Latam Region.
Thorough Understanding Of The Software Industry And Market Trends In Latam.
