- Develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy for GSIs and Next Gen Partners to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with GSIs and Next Gen Partners, including identifying and engaging with key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and onboard new partners, and continuously evaluate and optimize existing partnerships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for GSIs and Next Gen Partners, providing support, guidance, and resources as needed.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential partnership opportunities and inform partnership strategy.
- Lead the negotiation and execution of partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage partner enablement programs to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge and resources to effectively promote and sell Atlassian products.
- Track and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to partner initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop joint marketing and sales campaigns and initiatives with partners.
- Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences to raise awareness and build relationships with potential partners.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to partnerships, and continuously identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within the partner program.
Extensive Experience In Partner Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Managing Partnerships With Global System Integrators (Gsis) And Next Generation Partners. This Includes Developing And Executing Partner Strategy, Driving Joint Business Plans, And Managing Partner Relationships.
Strong Business Acumen: A Head Of Partner Solutions At Atlassian Should Possess Exceptional Business Acumen, With A Track Record Of Successfully Driving Revenue Growth Through Partnerships. They Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Technology Industry And Be Able To Identify New Opportunities For Growth.
Strategic Thinker: This Role Requires A Strategic Thinker Who Can Develop And Execute A Partner Strategy That Aligns With Atlassian's Overall Business Objectives. The Candidate Should Have A Proven Ability To Identify Market Trends, Assess Competitive Landscape, And Develop Innovative Partnership Models To Drive Business Growth.
Excellent Communication And Relationship Management Skills: A Key Aspect Of This Role Is Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Partners, Both Internally And Externally.
