- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan for the Americas region to increase revenue and market share through partnerships.
- Identify and establish relationships with potential partners to expand Atlassian's reach and drive growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute joint sales and marketing initiatives with partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive mutual success and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Lead and manage a team of partner sales managers to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to the team to develop their skills and enhance their performance.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Atlassian's products and services to effectively communicate their value to partners and customers.
- Collaborate with the product team to provide feedback on partner needs and shape product development.
- Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential partners to showcase the benefits of partnering with Atlassian.
- Monitor and analyze partner sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with all partner agreements and contracts.
- Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences to promote our brand and build relationships with potential partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in partner sales and utilize this knowledge to drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Uphold and promote Atlassian's values and culture within the team and across the organization.
Proven Track Record Of Driving Partner Revenue Growth: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Background In Developing And Implementing Successful Partner Programs That Have Resulted In Significant Revenue Growth For The Company.
Extensive Experience In Channel Management: The Head Of Partner Sales Should Have A Deep Understanding Of The Partner Ecosystem And Be Able To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Key Partners In The Amer Region.
