Job Description

That's why we're looking for a highly skilled and motivated GTM Strategy & Planning Lead to join our Teamwork Collection team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for our Teamwork Collection products, including Confluence, Trello, and Jira. We're seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for driving growth and a proven track record of success in product marketing and go-to-market planning. If you're a natural leader with strong communication skills and a data-driven mindset, we want you to be a part of our team.

  1. Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Atlassian's Teamwork Collection products, including Confluence, Trello, and Jira.
  2. Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and market trends, and use this information to inform the go-to-market strategy.
  3. Create and maintain a comprehensive go-to-market plan, including product positioning, messaging, and launch plans.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and successful execution of the go-to-market plan.
  5. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the go-to-market strategy and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to support the go-to-market strategy and achieve business objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and inform the go-to-market strategy.
  8. Monitor and analyze market and competitive trends, and use this information to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
  9. Work closely with the product team to understand product roadmap and upcoming releases, and use this information to inform the go-to-market strategy.
  10. Present go-to-market plans and progress updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
  11. Continuously evaluate and improve the go-to-market process, identifying areas for optimization and implementing changes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing and go-to-market strategy.
  13. Act as a leader and champion of teamwork and collaboration within the organization, promoting a culture of cross-functional alignment and communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Go-To-Market (Gtm) Strategies For Software Products, Ideally In The Collaboration Or Teamwork Space.

  • Strong Analytical And Strategic Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data To Inform Gtm Decisions And Plans.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Product, Marketing, And Sales, To Achieve Gtm Objectives.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.

  • In-Depth Knowledge And Understanding Of The Software Industry, Market Trends, And Competitive Landscape, With The Ability To Identify And Capitalize On New Opportunities.
