- Develop and implement an internal mobility strategy that aligns with the company's goals and values
- Collaborate with department leaders to understand their hiring needs and develop plans to fill those positions with internal candidates
- Identify and engage high-potential employees for internal career opportunities
- Conduct regular talent assessments to identify skills gaps and potential development opportunities for employees
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to promote internal mobility opportunities and encourage cross-functional collaboration
- Create and maintain a system for tracking internal mobility and employee development progress
- Develop and implement training programs to support employee career growth and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to internal talent management and make recommendations for improvement
- Partner with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition for employees moving to new roles
- Represent the company at internal and external events to promote our internal mobility program and attract top talent.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Human Resources, With A Focus On Internal Mobility And Global Recruitment.
Strong Understanding Of Global Recruitment Practices, Including Sourcing, Interviewing, And Onboarding International Candidates.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Build Relationships With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
Experience With Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software, As Well As A Demonstrated Ability To Analyze Data And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
