  1. Develop and implement a global partner strategy to support Atlassian's business objectives and drive growth.
  2. Identify and onboard new partners that align with Atlassian's values and goals.
  3. Nurture and maintain existing partner relationships, ensuring their continued success and satisfaction.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner initiatives with product development, marketing, and sales strategies.
  5. Drive revenue growth through successful execution of partner programs and initiatives.
  6. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for partnership and growth.
  7. Conduct regular performance reviews with partners to evaluate their impact and identify areas for improvement.
  8. Develop and manage partner contracts, agreements, and negotiations.
  9. Serve as a liaison between Atlassian and our partners, ensuring clear communication and alignment of goals and expectations.
  10. Educate and train partners on Atlassian's products, services, and best practices to increase their knowledge and effectiveness.
  11. Monitor and report on partner performance, providing actionable insights to improve results.
  12. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to inform partner strategy and initiatives.
  13. Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences to expand our partner network and promote our brand.
  14. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the partner team and across the organization.
  15. Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and improve partner programs and processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Experience In Managing Global Partnerships: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Managing Partnerships With Global Companies In The Tech Industry. This Includes Developing And Executing Partnership Strategies, Negotiating Agreements, And Managing Ongoing Relationships.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Global Partner Manager, The Candidate Will Be Working With Partners From Different Cultures And Backgrounds. Therefore, Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Essential In Building And Maintaining Strong Relationships With Partners.

  • Strategic Thinking And Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Possess Strong Strategic Thinking Skills To Identify Potential Partnership Opportunities And Develop Effective Strategies To Achieve Business Goals. They Should Also Have A Good Understanding Of The Market And Industry Trends To Make Informed Decisions.
