Full Stack Software Engineer, Jira Align

- Develop and maintain high-quality front-end and back-end code for our Jira Align product.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues to ensure timely resolution and maintain product stability.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies to improve product functionality and performance.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver new features, enhancements, and bug fixes within tight deadlines.
- Proactively identify and suggest solutions to improve the overall software development process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in software development.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve team productivity and efficiency.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers to help them grow and improve their skills.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
- Work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Contribute to the overall success of the product by actively participating in discussions and providing valuable insights and ideas.
- Adhere to coding standards, development processes, and best practices to ensure high-quality and maintainable code.
- Continuously improve the user experience and performance of our product by identifying and addressing technical debt.
Strong Programming Skills In Multiple Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript.
Experience Building And Deploying Full-Stack Web Applications Using Modern Frameworks Like React, Angular, Or Vue.js.
Familiarity With Agile Methodologies And Experience Using Jira Align Or Other Project Management Tools.
Knowledge Of Database Design And Proficiency In Sql And Relational Databases.
Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Fast-Paced, Dynamic Environment And Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Stakeholders.
