Job Description

Atlassian is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Growth Sign-up Team. This brand new team has a mission to take on the biggest opportunities for Atlassian to accelerate its growth, bringing us closer to our company-wide mission to scale to 100 million MAU. This is an exciting opportunity to push the envelope in the way we onboard new users to our products, leveraging analytics to build up an understanding of what makes different types of customers successful, and utilizing our segmentation platform to deliver targeted experiences. The team works across a broad range of technical stacks and has the autonomy to generate their own ideas, operating with a philosophy of build, measure and learn.

Job Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of front-end architecture and data-driven development

  • Specialization in Javascript, HTML5, CSS for 5+ years

  • Experience in diving into user behavior metrics

  • Experience engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity

  • Experience with large scale single page web applications
