- Develop and execute strategic plans for Atlassian's enterprise solutions, in collaboration with the Strategy & Planning team.
- Conduct market analysis and research to identify potential growth opportunities for our enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and execution of enterprise solution strategies.
- Work closely with sales and customer success teams to understand customer needs and provide solutions that drive business value.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to inform and adjust enterprise solution strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external.
- Provide guidance and support to the product development team to ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
- Analyze data and metrics to track the success and effectiveness of enterprise solution strategies.
- Identify and address any potential risks or challenges that may impact the success of enterprise solution strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to increase awareness and adoption of enterprise solutions.
- Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise software and solutions, providing insights and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences to showcase our enterprise solutions and network with potential customers.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth and development.
- Continuously strive to improve and optimize enterprise solution strategies to meet evolving market needs and customer expectations.
Extensive Experience In Developing And Executing Enterprise-Level Strategies: The Enterprise Solution Strategist Must Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Strategies For Large Organizations. This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Software And Technology Solutions.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: As A Key Member Of Atlassian's Strategy & Planning Team, The Enterprise Solution Strategist Must Possess Excellent Analytical And Critical Thinking Abilities. This Includes The Ability To Gather And Analyze Data, Identify Trends, And Make Strategic Recommendations.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Enterprise Solution Strategist Will Be Responsible For Communicating Complex Concepts And Strategies To Various Stakeholders, Including Senior Executives And Cross-Functional Teams. Therefore, Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills Are Essential For This Role.
Ability To Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Atlassian's Enterprise Solution Strategist Will Work Closely With Other Teams, Including Sales, Marketing, And Product Development, To Align Strategies And Drive Business Growth.
