Job Description

  1. Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and revenue for enterprise development at Atlassian.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing enterprise clients.
  3. Identify new business opportunities and potential customers through market research and networking.
  4. Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of Atlassian's enterprise development solutions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of enterprise clients.
  6. Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
  7. Train and mentor sales teams on enterprise development strategies and techniques.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert on enterprise development, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  9. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and initiatives to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  10. Monitor and track sales performance, providing regular reports to management on progress and results.
  11. Stay informed on competitors' activities and provide recommendations to stay ahead in the market.
  12. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Atlassian's enterprise development products and offerings to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  13. Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
  14. Ensure a positive and professional customer experience throughout the sales process.
  15. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the company.

Job Qualifications
