  1. Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to attract, engage, and retain customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify customer needs and trends, and use this information to drive demand generation efforts.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
  4. Utilize a variety of demand generation tactics, including email marketing, social media, content marketing, webinars, events, and more, to reach and engage target audiences.
  5. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data to optimize and improve strategies and tactics.
  6. Work closely with the sales team to align demand generation efforts with sales goals and objectives.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
  8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in demand generation and customer lifecycle marketing.
  9. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
  10. Continuously track and report on key performance indicators to measure the success of demand generation efforts.
  11. Be a brand ambassador for Atlassian, promoting our products and services to potential and existing customers.
  12. Use a data-driven approach to make informed decisions and recommendations for optimizing demand generation strategies.
  13. Continuously explore and evaluate new demand generation tactics and technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
  14. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and strategy enhancements.
  15. Represent Atlassian at industry events and conferences, and contribute to thought leadership initiatives.
