  1. Develop and implement strategic communication plans that align with the company's vision, values, and objectives.
  2. Create and manage a comprehensive communications calendar to ensure timely and consistent messaging across all channels.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to support communication initiatives.
  4. Write, edit, and proofread a variety of communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, internal newsletters, and executive communications.
  5. Foster relationships with media outlets and serve as the primary point of contact for all media inquiries.
  6. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to provide insights and recommendations for future communication strategies.
  7. Manage the company's social media presence, including creating engaging content and responding to comments and inquiries.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
  9. Act as a brand ambassador for the company and ensure all communication materials align with brand guidelines.
  10. Plan and execute company events and initiatives to promote employee engagement and alignment with the company's culture and values.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in corporate communications and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  12. Manage and track communication budgets and report on the effectiveness of communication initiatives.
  13. Act as a spokesperson for the company and represent the company in external events and speaking opportunities.
  14. Handle crisis communication situations and develop and implement communication strategies to manage and mitigate potential issues.
  15. Mentor and guide junior communication team members to support their growth and development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Communications, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Information To Both Internal And External Stakeholders.

  • Experience In Developing And Executing Strategic Communication Plans, Including Crisis Communication And Reputation Management.

  • Proven Track Record Of Building And Maintaining Relationships With Media, Industry Analysts, And Other Key Stakeholders.
