As the leader of our cloud alliance development, you will have the opportunity to drive strategic partnerships and collaborations with leading cloud providers to enhance our cloud offerings. We are looking for someone who is passionate about cloud technology and has a strong track record of building successful partnerships.   1. Develop and implement strategic plans to establish and grow partnerships with top cloud providers.
  2. Act as the primary point of contact for all cloud alliance activities and partnerships.
  3. Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential partners and opportunities for collaboration.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to understand product offerings and identify areas for integration with cloud providers.
  5. Create and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers at cloud providers.
  6. Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
  7. Drive and manage the execution of joint marketing and sales campaigns with cloud partners.
  8. Act as a brand ambassador for Atlassian at industry events and conferences to promote our cloud offerings and partnerships.
  9. Monitor and report on key metrics and KPIs related to cloud alliance development.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new cloud partners.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and developments in the cloud market.
  12. Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership on partnership opportunities and progress.
  13. Mentor and guide junior team members to develop their skills and support their growth within the company.
  14. Represent the values and culture of Atlassian in all interactions with partners and stakeholders.

  • Strong Understanding Of Cloud Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Cloud Computing Concepts And Technologies, Including Cloud Infrastructure, Platforms, And Services.

  • Experience In Building Strategic Partnerships: The Candidate Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Developing And Managing Successful Partnerships With Cloud Providers And Other Technology Companies.

  • Excellent Communication And Relationship-Building Skills: As A Cloud Alliance Development Lead, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Building And Maintaining Relationships With Key Partners, Both Internally And Externally. Therefore, Strong Communication And Relationship-Building Skills Are Crucial For This Role.

  • Business Acumen: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Business Principles And Be Able To Identify And Capitalize On Market Opportunities. This Includes The Ability To Analyze Market Trends, Identify Potential Partners, And Negotiate Deals That Align With Atlassian's Overall Business Objectives.

  • Leadership And Project Management Experience: As A Lead Role, The Candidate Should Have Experience In Managing And Leading Teams, As Well As The Ability To Drive Projects To Completion. This Includes Setting Goals, Delegating Tasks, And Managing Timelines And Budgets.
