- Develop and maintain strong relationships with mid-market clients to understand their needs and identify opportunities for collaboration and revenue growth.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by effectively communicating the value of our collaboration software and closing deals with mid-market clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new clients and industries to target.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive sales strategy and delivery of exceptional customer experiences.
- Utilize CRM tools to track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics.
- Continuously stay updated on industry trends and competition to inform sales strategies and positioning.
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to provide feedback and insights from clients to inform product and service improvements.
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding and delivery of services.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our collaboration software and be able to effectively articulate its value proposition to clients.
- Strive for continuous personal and professional development to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment by actively participating in team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues.
Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field
Minimum 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Software/Technology Industry
Proven Track Record Of Exceeding Sales Targets And Driving Revenue Growth
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Clients
Knowledge Of Mid-Market Sales Strategies And Experience Selling To Mid-Market Clients Is Preferred.
