Job Description

Lead technical engagements with customers to make sure the deliverables meet or exceed expectations; communicate effectively with the key stakeholders on project status and proactively manage issues and escalations. Engage with customers to collect, analyze, validate and document the requirements; develop implementation estimates and timelines; identify and coordinate internal and customer resources to execute on project deliverables. Work with customers IT teams to review networking requirements and configuration; perform troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose connectivity and video quality issues. Develop best practice for implementing Atheer and troubleshooting the most common networking issues impacting video quality.

Job Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in customer-facing technical project management

  • Experience with Android and iOS mobile devices deployed in the enterprise environment.
