Tier II Network Engineer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Tier II Network Engineer to join our team here at AT&T. As a Tier II Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization's network infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring network stability and security, identifying and resolving network issues, and making improvements to the network when necessary.The ideal candidate for this role must possess strong technical and troubleshooting skills, as well as a thorough understanding of complex network configurations and protocols. You should also have excellent communication and customer service skills, as you will be interacting with internal and external clients on a daily basis. It is essential that you have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a network engineering role, as well as a bachelor’s degree in an IT-related field.
