  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay updated on new products, services, and technologies to provide accurate and timely support
  • Document customer interactions and solutions in a clear and concise manner
  • Identify and escalate critical issues to appropriate teams for resolution
  • Continuously improve technical knowledge and skills through training and self-directed learning
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of technical support processes and procedures
  • Act as a mentor and resource for junior technical support team members

Job Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Telecommunications Or Technology Company.

  • Strong Knowledge And Experience With Networking Protocols, Operating Systems, And Hardware Troubleshooting.

  • Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.

  • Proven Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
