- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat, troubleshooting and resolving issues with products and services
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by effectively and efficiently addressing customer concerns
- Utilize technical expertise to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay updated on new products, services, and technologies to provide accurate and timely support

A Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Computer Science, Information Technology, Or Engineering.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technical Support, Preferably In A Telecommunications Or Technology Company.
Strong Knowledge And Experience With Networking Protocols, Operating Systems, And Hardware Troubleshooting.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Explain Technical Concepts To Non-Technical Individuals.
Proven Ability To Manage And Prioritize Multiple Tasks In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, While Maintaining A High Level Of Accuracy And Attention To Detail.
