  1. Conduct research and analysis to identify business needs and opportunities for technology solutions.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and objectives.
  3. Evaluate and recommend technology solutions to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and drive innovation.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business priorities and align technology initiatives.
  5. Lead project planning, including defining scope, timelines, and resource requirements.
  6. Conduct cost-benefit analyses to determine the financial impact of proposed technology solutions.
  7. Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and test plans.
  8. Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical teams to ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
  9. Monitor and track project progress, identify and address potential risks, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve and enhance AT&T's technology capabilities.
  11. Mentor and coach junior team members to develop their skills and knowledge in technology business analysis.
  12. Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to support decision making and problem-solving.
  13. Collaborate with vendors and external partners to evaluate and integrate new technologies into AT&T's technology ecosystem.
  14. Contribute to the development and implementation of technology strategies and roadmaps.
  15. Represent AT&T at industry events and conferences to network and stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Business Analysis, Preferably In The Technology Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
