- Provide technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Proactively identify and address potential problems or issues with applications and products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of technical support activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates and resolutions to technical issues.
- Participate in on-call rotations and provide 24/7 support when necessary.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve support processes.
- Train and mentor junior team members on technical support processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with developers and engineers to test and deploy new products and updates.
- Monitor and analyze application and product performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
