Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scrum Master to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Scrum Master at AT&T, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Agile projects and leading our teams to deliver innovative solutions to our customers. We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile methodologies and has a proven track record of successfully implementing and scaling them in a large organization. If you are a self-motivated leader with excellent communication and collaboration skills, as well as a strong understanding of the Scrum framework, we want to hear from you.   1. Lead and facilitate Agile processes and ceremonies for multiple project teams, ensuring adherence to the Scrum framework and Agile principles.
  2. Coach and mentor team members on Agile methodologies and best practices, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  3. Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and priorities, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  4. Create and maintain project plans, backlogs, and other Agile artifacts to track progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  5. Identify and remove any impediments or barriers that may prevent the team from achieving their goals, escalating to management as needed.
  6. Foster a collaborative and transparent team environment, promoting effective communication and information sharing.
  7. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  8. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Agile methodologies, and proactively suggest and implement new ideas and practices to improve team performance.
  9. Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration, promoting a sense of ownership and accountability for project success.
  10. Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders and management, providing regular updates and reports.
  11. Lead by example and embody the values and principles of Agile, promoting a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and teamwork.
  12. Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to identify and implement best practices and improve overall Agile maturity within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Scrum Master (Csm) Or Advanced Certified Scrum Master (A-Csm) From A Recognized Agile Certification Body.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Scrum Master, With At Least 2 Years In A Senior Or Lead Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Agile Methodologies, With Experience Implementing And Scaling Them In Large Organizations.

  • Proven Track Record Of Successfully Coaching And Mentoring Teams To Improve Their Agile Practices And Delivery.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Facilitate Discussions And Resolve Conflicts Within Teams And Stakeholders.
