7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, marketing, and sales, to ensure effective protection and management of intellectual property.
8. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and changes in intellectual property laws and regulations.
9. Oversee and manage outside counsel and other legal service providers related to intellectual property matters.
10. Train and educate employees on intellectual property rights and their responsibilities in protecting company assets.
11. Prepare and present reports and recommendations to senior management on intellectual property matters.
12. Maintain accurate and organized records of all intellectual property assets and related legal documents.
13. Proactively identify potential risks and provide solutions to mitigate them.
14. Represent the company in legal proceedings related to intellectual property matters.
