  1. Lead the design and development of Mulesoft-based solutions to meet business requirements and objectives.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
  3. Develop and implement Mulesoft architecture best practices and standards.
  4. Design and implement high-performing, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
  5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Mulesoft implementations.
  6. Stay updated with the latest Mulesoft technologies, tools, and trends and provide recommendations for their adoption to improve overall efficiency and performance.
  7. Mentor and guide junior software engineers in the team, providing technical expertise and guidance.
  8. Create and maintain technical documentation for Mulesoft-based solutions.
  9. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high-quality code standards.
  10. Collaborate with project managers, business stakeholders, and other team members to ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.

  • Extensive Experience With Mulesoft Integration Platform: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding And Hands-On Experience With Mulesoft, Including Designing, Developing, And Maintaining Complex Integrations.

  • Strong Architecture And Design Skills: A Principal Software Engineer-Mulesoft Architect Should Have A Strong Background In Software Architecture And Design Principles, With The Ability To Create Scalable And Reliable Solutions.

  • Proficient In Multiple Programming Languages: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Foundation In Multiple Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, And Javascript, As Well As Experience With Database Technologies.

  • Leadership And Team Management Experience: As A Principal Software Engineer, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading A Team Of Developers And Working With Cross-Functional Teams, So Strong Leadership And Team Management Skills Are Essential.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Collaborate With Stakeholders, Present Technical Solutions, And Mentor Team Members.
