  1. Design and develop high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java/J2EE applications for enterprise systems.
  2. Collaborate with a team of developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive the success of the company.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technologies to continuously improve and enhance the functionality of our applications.
  4. Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of projects.
  5. Conduct code reviews and implement best practices to ensure the quality and efficiency of our development processes.
  6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues that may arise during the development process.
  7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Java/J2EE development to incorporate into our systems.
  8. Work closely with other departments and teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
  10. Follow established coding standards and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and consistency.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  12. Stay organized and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert and provide technical guidance to team members and other departments.
  14. Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues related to project deliverables.
  15. Continuously learn and improve skills to stay ahead of industry trends and advancements in Java/J2EE development.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Java/J2Ee Development.

  • Strong Understanding Of Object-Oriented Design Principles And Design Patterns.

  • Experience With Spring, Hibernate, And Other Java Frameworks.

  • Ability To Lead And Mentor A Team Of Java Developers And Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
