Strong Knowledge Of Network Equipment And Protocols: This Includes A Deep Understanding Of Routers, Switches, Firewalls, And Other Network Devices, As Well As Tcp/Ip, Bgp, Ospf, And Other Protocols.
Experience With Large-Scale Network Design And Implementation: At&T Manages One Of The Largest And Most Complex Networks In The World, So A Network Engineer Must Have Experience Designing And Implementing Networks On A Similar Scale.
Certification In Relevant Technologies: At&T May Require Certifications Such As Ccna, Ccnp, Or Ccie, As Well As Vendor-Specific Certifications From Companies Like Cisco, Juniper, Or Palo Alto Networks.
Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills: Network Engineers At At&T Must Be Able To Quickly Identify And Resolve Complex Network Issues, Often Under Pressure And In High-Stress Situations.
