As the Lead Real Estate Analyst, you will play a critical role in analyzing market trends, identifying potential real estate opportunities, and developing strategies to optimize our real estate portfolio.   1. Conduct market analysis to identify potential real estate opportunities and provide recommendations for optimizing our real estate portfolio.
  2. Lead a team of real estate analysts and provide guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to effectively manage and maintain our real estate assets.
  4. Utilize data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute real estate plans aligned with company goals.
  7. Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  8. Oversee the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
  9. Manage relationships with external partners, such as brokers, developers, and landlords.
  10. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
  11. Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the real estate department.
  12. Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build relationships and network with key players in the real estate industry.
  13. Monitor and track real estate market trends and data to inform future decision-making.
  14. Train and onboard new team members to ensure a cohesive and high-performing team.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on real estate matters and provide guidance and support to other departments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.

  • Advanced Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.

  • Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Work Cross-Functionally With Other Departments.
