- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.

- Create and present reports and presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Oversee the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, including leases, acquisitions, and dispositions.
- Manage relationships with external partners, such as brokers, developers, and landlords.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to real estate transactions.
- Continuously seek out opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the real estate department.

Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Real Estate, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Real Estate Analysis, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Advanced Knowledge Of Financial Modeling And Forecasting Techniques.
Strong Understanding Of Real Estate Market Trends And Industry Regulations.
