  1. Develop and implement performance testing strategies for AT&T's technology solutions.
  2. Lead and manage a team of performance testers to ensure efficient and effective testing processes.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve performance issues.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance testing.
  5. Design and execute performance test plans, scripts, and scenarios.
  6. Analyze and interpret performance test results and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Identify and mitigate risks associated with performance testing.
  8. Communicate performance testing progress, findings, and recommendations to stakeholders.
  9. Continuously improve and optimize performance testing processes.
  10. Mentor and train junior performance testers.
  11. Collaborate with other architects and engineers to ensure performance requirements are met.
  12. Stay current with AT&T's technology solutions and provide input for future improvements.
  13. Take ownership of performance testing projects and ensure timely delivery.
  14. Participate in performance testing tool evaluations and make recommendations for implementation.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert on performance testing and provide guidance to the team and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Performance Testing: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 8-10 Years Of Experience In Performance Testing, With A Deep Understanding Of Different Testing Methodologies, Tools, And Techniques.

  • Strong Technical Skills: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Areas Such As Performance Testing, Monitoring, And Analysis Of Distributed Systems, Web Services, And Databases. Proficiency In Programming Languages Like Java, Python, Or C++ Is Also Desirable.

  • Experience In Leading A Team: The Candidate Should Have Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Performance Engineers And Architects. This Includes Setting Performance Goals, Conducting Performance Reviews, And Providing Guidance And Mentorship To Team Members.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills And The Ability To Collaborate Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams. This Includes Working Closely With Developers, Business Analysts, And Project Managers To Understand Performance Requirements And Identify Performance Bottlenecks.

  • Knowledge Of At&T Systems And Processes: Familiarity With At&T's Systems And Processes Is Highly Desirable For This Role. This Includes Knowledge Of At&T's Network Infrastructure, Software Development Lifecycle, And Performance Testing Tools Used Within The Organization.
