  1. Perform installation and repair services for AT&T customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with customer's services.
  3. Communicate with customers to schedule and confirm installation and repair appointments.
  4. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all interactions with customers.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures while completing installations and repairs.
  6. Keep accurate records of all services provided and materials used.
  7. Stay up-to-date on new technology and products to provide the best service to customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  10. Follow all safety protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
  11. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to and addressing customer concerns and needs.
  12. Continuously strive to meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company.
  13. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Technical Skills And Knowledge: An Installation Technician At At&T Should Possess Strong Technical Skills And Knowledge In The Areas Of Telecommunications, Network Systems, And Equipment Installation. They Should Also Be Familiar With Various Software Programs And Troubleshooting Techniques.
