Job Qualifications

  • Strong Technical Knowledge: An Installation Technician At At&T Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Telecommunications Technology, Including Networking, Cabling, And Equipment Installation.

  • Experience In The Field: A Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably With A Telecommunications Company, Is Often Required For An Installation Technician Position At At&T.

  • Attention To Detail: This Role Requires Precision And Accuracy In Completing Installations, As Well As The Ability To Troubleshoot And Solve Complex Technical Issues.

  • Strong Communication Skills: An Installation Technician Must Be Able To Communicate Effectively With Customers And Internal Teams, Providing Updates On Progress And Explaining Technical Information In A Clear And Understandable Manner.

  • Ability To Work Independently: While Teamwork Is Important At At&T, An Installation Technician Must Also Be Able To Work Independently, Managing Their Own Schedule And Completing Installations Efficiently Without Constant Supervision.
