  1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts to ensure the quality and functionality of AT&T products and services.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced environment.
  3. Design and execute manual and automated test cases, ensuring thorough and comprehensive coverage.
  4. Continuously improve and optimize the testing process through the implementation of new tools and strategies.
  5. Perform regression testing to ensure the stability of new and existing features.
  6. Monitor and report on key performance metrics to track and improve the overall quality of our products.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in QA automation and software testing.
  8. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on testing progress and any potential issues.
  9. Proactively identify and suggest solutions for potential risks or roadblocks in the testing process.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members in testing methodologies and automation tools.
  11. Collaborate with development teams to ensure timely and accurate defect resolution.
  12. Contribute to the overall improvement of the software development lifecycle by providing feedback and suggestions for process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Automation Testing: A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer At At&T Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Automation Testing Tools And Frameworks Such As Selenium, Appium, And Jmeter. They Should Have Experience In Developing And Executing Automated Test Scripts For Web, Mobile, And Api Applications.

  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Successful Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or Javascript. They Should Be Able To Write Efficient And Maintainable Code To Create Automated Test Scripts And Perform Backend Testing.

  • Knowledge Of Agile Methodology: At&T Follows The Agile Methodology For Software Development, And A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of The Agile Principles And Processes. They Should Be Able To Work In An Agile Environment And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Deliver High-Quality Software.

  • Familiarity With Devops Tools: At&T Uses Devops Practices For Continuous Integration And Delivery. A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer Should Be Familiar With Devops Tools Such As Jenkins, Git, And Docker To Automate The Testing Process And Ensure A Faster And More Efficient Delivery Of Software.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills: A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer Should Have An Eye For Detail And The Ability To Think Critically And Troubleshoot Issues Quickly. They Should Be Able To Analyze Complex Systems And Identify Areas For Improvement In The Testing Process To Ensure The Delivery Of High-Quality Software.
