  1. Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry standard tools and frameworks.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
  3. Design and implement automated tests to ensure high quality and efficient software delivery.
  4. Identify and report software defects, perform root cause analysis, and work with developers to resolve issues.
  5. Continuously improve the QA process by identifying areas for automation and implementing best practices.
  6. Work closely with developers to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and continuous delivery pipeline.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends in QA automation.
  8. Perform manual testing as needed and assist in regression testing efforts.
  9. Communicate test results and provide recommendations to stakeholders for improving product quality.
  10. Mentor and train junior team members on automation techniques and best practices.
  11. Proactively identify and address potential quality issues in the development process.
  12. Collaborate with product owners and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are accurately reflected in test cases.
  13. Ensure test environments are properly configured and maintained.
  14. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality and testability.
  15. Maintain and update existing automated test suites to keep up with changes in the product.
  16. Drive and promote a culture of quality throughout the organization.
  17. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Proficiency In Programming Languages: A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer At At&T Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Programming Languages Such As Java, Python, Or C++ To Write Automated Test Scripts And Execute Them Efficiently.

  • Experience With Automation Tools: Candidates Should Have Experience Working With Automation Tools Like Selenium, Appium, Or Cucumber To Develop Automated Test Cases For Web And Mobile Applications.

  • Knowledge Of Testing Methodologies: A Full Stack Qa Automation Engineer Should Be Well-Versed In Various Testing Methodologies Such As Agile, Scrum, And Waterfall To Ensure Efficient Testing And Delivery Of High-Quality Software.

  • Familiarity With Devops Tools: At&T Values Candidates Who Have Experience With Devops Tools Such As Jenkins, Git, Or Docker To Facilitate Continuous Integration And Delivery Of Software.

  • Understanding Of System Architecture: Candidates Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of System Architecture And Be Able To Troubleshoot Issues Related To Databases, Servers, And Networks To Ensure The Smooth Functioning Of Software Applications.
