Director of User Research

As the Director of User Research at AT&T, you will be responsible for driving user-centered design and research practices across the company, while overseeing a team of user researchers. You will have the opportunity to lead a team in delivering high-quality research insights and designs that drive the company’s innovation and growth.You should have strong communication and organizational skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You should have a passion for user experience and a knack for understanding customer needs and behaviors. A degree in Psychology, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of experience in user research, UX design, and/or product management, is required.We are looking for a leader who is creative and analytical, and can champion the user’s point of view.
