- Develop and implement training programs for AT&T employees in both English and Spanish
- Ensure training programs are relevant, effective, and engaging for a diverse and multicultural employee base
- Communicate and engage with team members in both languages to ensure understanding and participation in training programs
- Collaborate with various departments to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions
- Monitor and track the success and impact of training programs
- Continuously improve and update training materials and methods to ensure effectiveness
- Provide coaching and support to trainers delivering programs in both languages
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in training and development
- Manage a team of trainers and provide guidance and support for their professional development
- Communicate with senior leadership to report on training progress and results
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the company.
Fluent In Both English And Spanish, With Exceptional Written And Verbal Communication Skills In Both Languages.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Training And Development, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Delivering Training Programs To Diverse Groups.
Strong Leadership And Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team Of Trainers And Facilitate Training Sessions For Large Groups.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Adult Learning Principles And Instructional Design Methodologies.
Experience In The Telecommunications Industry And Knowledge Of At&T Products, Services, And Processes Is Preferred.
