If so, AT&T is looking for you to join our team as a B2B Sales Development Manager.As a B2B Sales Development Manager at AT&T, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and revenue for our business-to-business segment. You will be a key player in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve our sales goals.To excel in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and a proven track record of success in B2B sales. A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.   1. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and revenue for the business-to-business segment.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to achieve sales goals.
  5. Provide leadership and guidance to a team of sales representatives, setting clear goals and expectations.
  6. Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve sales performance.
  7. Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  8. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure profitability for the company.
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical standards and compliance regulations.
  12. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on sales performance to upper management.
  13. Continuously improve sales techniques and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications industry.

  • Strategic Thinking And Problem-Solving Abilities: Proven Ability To Think Strategically And Develop Sales Strategies To Drive Business Growth, As Well As The Ability To Identify And Solve Complex Problems In A Fast-Paced Environment.
