- Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the overall business objectives of AT&T.
- Stay up-to-date on current social media trends and platforms, and recommend innovative ways to use them to enhance the company's social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment of social media campaigns with other marketing and communication efforts.
- Manage a team of social media professionals, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns and report on results to senior management.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and manage relationships with social media influencers and partners to increase brand awareness and reach.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines for social media content and engagement.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure consistent messaging and tone across all social media channels.
- Foster a culture of innovation and experimentation within the social media team to continuously improve and evolve our social media strategies.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Marketing, Communications, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Social Media Management, Preferably In A Large Corporation.
Strong Understanding Of Various Social Media Platforms And Their Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Proven Track Record Of Developing And Implementing Successful Social Media Strategies And Campaigns That Align With Business Objectives.
