- Develop and execute creative direction strategies to enhance the AT&T brand and drive business growth.
- Lead and manage a team of creative professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality and impactful campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align creative vision with business goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to inform and influence creative decisions.
- Set and maintain high standards for creative excellence, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Develop and manage budgets for creative projects and campaigns.

- Work closely with internal stakeholders, such as marketing and sales teams, to understand their needs and develop creative solutions.
- Provide regular performance evaluations and feedback to team members, identifying areas for growth and development.
- Represent AT&T at industry events and conferences, showcasing our brand and creative capabilities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve creative processes and workflows to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Serve as a brand ambassador and maintain a positive and professional image for AT&T at all times.
- Uphold and promote the company's values and culture, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Marketing, Advertising, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 7 Years Experience In A Creative Leadership Role Within A Fast-Paced Corporate Environment.
Strong Portfolio Demonstrating Successful Campaigns And Projects Across Multiple Mediums (Digital, Print, Tv, Etc.).
Proven Experience In Developing And Executing Creative Strategies That Align With Brand Objectives And Drive Business Results.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With A Track Record Of Managing And Mentoring Creative Teams.
