Welcome to Asuza Pacific University! We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Title V Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide crucial administrative support to our Title V program, which aims to increase the success and retention of underrepresented students.   1. Provide administrative support to the Title V program, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and maintaining records.
  2. Assist with the coordination and implementation of Title V initiatives and events.
  3. Communicate with students, faculty, and staff to promote and support the goals of the Title V program.
  4. Collaborate with other departments and organizations to develop and maintain partnerships that support the success of underrepresented students.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date data on program participation and outcomes.
  6. Help create and distribute promotional materials for the Title V program.
  7. Assist with the management of program budgets and expenses.
  8. Conduct research and gather data to support the development and improvement of the Title V program.
  9. Attend meetings and trainings related to diversity, equity, and inclusion in higher education.
  10. Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and faculty seeking information about the Title V program.
  11. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive student information and adhere to all university policies and regulations.
  12. Continuously seek out opportunities for professional development and growth in the areas of diversity and cultural competency.
  13. Participate in the evaluation and assessment of the Title V program and make recommendations for improvement.
  14. Support a positive and inclusive campus environment for all students.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the Title V Program Director.
