- Manage and maintain the university's computer systems and network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise in a timely manner.
- Monitor system performance and ensure optimal functionality.
- Install, configure, and update software and hardware systems.
- Develop and implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and implement solutions for system improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the industry.
- Provide technical support and training to university staff and students.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and policies.
- Keep accurate records of system configurations and updates.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including management, staff, and students.
- Proactively identify and address potential system vulnerabilities.
- Participate in system testing and evaluation.

Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Systems Administration Role, Preferably In A Higher Education Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Windows And Linux Operating Systems.
Experience With Virtualization Technologies Such As Vmware Or Hyper-V.
Excellent Troubleshooting Skills And The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure In A Fast-Paced Environment.
