Job Description

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Director of the San Diego Regional Campus. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and growing our campus, providing opportunities for students to thrive academically and spiritually.   1. Develop and implement strategies to promote and grow the San Diego Regional Campus, in alignment with the university's mission and values.
  2. Cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and community leaders to enhance the visibility and reputation of the campus.
  3. Oversee the daily operations of the campus, including budget management, staffing, and facilities management.
  4. Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of faculty and staff, ensuring a high level of competence and commitment to the university's mission.
  5. Collaborate with various departments within the university to ensure seamless delivery of academic programs and services to students.
  6. Develop and maintain partnerships with other educational institutions or organizations to provide students with additional learning opportunities.
  7. Monitor enrollment and retention rates, and develop strategies to increase student satisfaction and retention.
  8. Serve as a liaison between the San Diego community and the university, promoting the campus's programs and initiatives.
  9. Represent the campus at university-wide events and meetings, as well as external events and conferences.
  10. Stay current with trends and developments in higher education, and make recommendations for continuous improvement of the campus's programs and services.
  11. Ensure compliance with all university policies and procedures, as well as local and state regulations.
  12. Provide leadership and support to the campus's spiritual development initiatives and activities.
  13. Foster a positive and inclusive campus culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  14. Prepare and present reports to university leadership on campus operations, achievements, and challenges.
  15. Other duties as assigned by the university administration.

Job Qualifications
  • A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Higher Education Administration, Preferably In A Leadership Role.

  • A Master's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Business, Or Leadership.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Faculty, Staff, And Students.

  • Proven Experience In Strategic Planning, Budget Management, And Program Development.

  • Knowledge Of The San Diego Higher Education Landscape And A Commitment To Promoting Diversity And Inclusivity In A Christian Academic Environment.
