To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration or a related field. Previous experience in retail buying, fashion forecasting and a knowledge of the luxury retail market is also essential. The ability to work independently and as part of a team, excellent communication and organizational skills, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also required.
