- Develop and implement creative and innovative visual displays that align with the Armani Exchange brand and appeal to our target audience.
- Collaborate with the store manager to understand sales goals and objectives and create visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
- Maintain the visual standards set by the company and ensure that all displays are executed accurately and consistently.
- Source and purchase props, fixtures, and other materials needed for displays within budget and in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends, both in the industry and within the Armani Exchange brand, to ensure displays are relevant and on-trend.
- Train and coach store associates on visual merchandising techniques and standards to maintain consistency in displays throughout the store.
- Regularly evaluate and make necessary adjustments to displays based on sales performance and customer feedback.
- Manage inventory and restock displays as needed to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Ensure all safety and security protocols are followed when setting up and maintaining displays.
- Continuously identify and suggest improvements to the visual merchandising process to enhance the overall customer experience.
