Tailor/Alterations Specialist

At Armani Exchange, we’re looking for a professional and experienced Tailor/Alterations Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate for this role should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the tailoring and alterations industry. Our Tailor/Alterations Specialist should be highly organized and have a keen eye for detail.This position requires an individual with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all garments are tailored and altered in accordance with Armani Exchange standards
• Measure customers and make alterations, as needed
• Consult with customers to determine the best alterations for their garments
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional attitude at all times
• Work quickly and accurately under pressure
• Maintain a neat and organized workspace
• Keep up-to-date on the latest fashion trends and techniques
• Stay abreast of new products and services offered by Armani Exchange
• Ensure all tailoring and alteration supplies are stocked and in working order
