
Support Services Technician
At Armani Exchange, we are looking for a highly motivated Support Services Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual with a strong technical background who can provide a wide range of support services to our customers.This position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, a knack for troubleshooting, and be comfortable providing technical support services. Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support services to customers, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and answering customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with customers.
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for providing technical support services.
- Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Stay current with new technologies and best practices in customer service.
- Ensure all IT platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, are up to date and functioning properly.
- Assist with training and onboarding of new personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of technical support services.
- Provide regular reports on customer feedback and technical issues.
