At Armani Exchange, we are looking for a highly motivated Support Services Technician to join our team. Our ideal candidate is a customer service-oriented individual with a strong technical background who can provide a wide range of support services to our customers.This position requires excellent organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must have an eye for detail, a knack for troubleshooting, and be comfortable providing technical support services. A good understanding of basic IT platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, is a must.This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. Our Support Services Technician will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, and to develop their technical skills in a supportive and collaborative setting. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support services to customers, including troubleshooting, problem-solving, and answering customer inquiries.
  2. Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism when interacting with customers.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures for providing technical support services.
  4. Monitor customer feedback and ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
  6. Stay current with new technologies and best practices in customer service.
  7. Ensure all IT platforms, including Windows, Mac OS, and Linux, are up to date and functioning properly.
  8. Assist with training and onboarding of new personnel.
  9. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of technical support services.
  10. Provide regular reports on customer feedback and technical issues.

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand.
