Job Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Support Services Technician to join the Armani Exchange team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers. You’ll need great problem-solving skills, excellent customer service, and an in-depth understanding of IT systems and networks. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical assistance to customers in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Troubleshoot technical issues and suggest solutions.
  3. Install and configure IT systems, networks, and related hardware.
  4. Monitor and maintain network security protocols and procedures.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on products and services.
  6. Record customer service requests and provide follow-up assistance.
  7. Assist with the training and onboarding of new team members.
  8. Update customer service documentation and procedures.
  9. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  10. Report any customer service issues and provide feedback on the customer experience.

About Armani Exchange

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand.
