Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Support Services Technician to join our Armani Exchange team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and customer service to our customers. As a Support Services Technician, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a dedication to providing superior customer service.The ideal candidate for this role should have a solid foundation in customer service, technical support, and problem-solving. They should be highly organized, possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, and have a passion for customer service. Previous experience in a customer service role is essential. Applicants must also have a strong understanding of computers, networks, and software, as well as a strong working knowledge of help desk software and tools. This position requires a flexible and professional attitude, as well as an ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

A|X Armani Exchange was launched in 1991 in the U.S. It retails fashion and lifestyle products and is known for its occasionally provocative ad campaigns. Inspired by street-chic culture and dance music, it is targeted as the more accessible Armani brand.
